Binalong nestles in a lush hollow in South East Country NSW, Australia. It is about a 3 hour drive from lively Sydney and many artists and crafts people live in the area. Binalong is also well known for its motor museum and of course, wining and dining. The village itself is rather small but is surrounded by some of the best farm and grazing land in NSW and also boasts a former home of Australian poet Banjo Patterson. The old Cobb & Co Inn is the former staging post for Cobb & Co coaches, of which my great, great grandfather drove on the same route. Close enough for a weekend trip to the big city yet remote enough to get away from it all, Binalong provides the perfect mix to relax and foster creativity.
